When Will We Begin Earnestly Establishing Alternative Power Supply
The recent political movement describing turmoil in the Middle East and part of Africa where a large quantity of our supply of fuel oils come from have reminded once again that our too much reliance on conventional electricity source can be unknowingly compromised. As traditional power generators rely considerably on oil sourced from these places, chaos in the same would significantly bear on the cost of generation of electricity, among others.
Whereas there have already been studies and moves to tap alternative power sources, nothing can be more definite than nuclear power plants available to be put in place quickly with sufficient effect to serve electrical base loads than any other alternate sources, like wind power, solar panels, or fuel cells. Those other alternative sources, whereas already proven, have not completely come to full age as full-scale sufficient technologies and cannot ensure a full-scale answer and are relatively costlier. As an illustration, a nuclear power plant would require an area many times smaller than solar panels to supply the same power capability.
The only concern that appears to slow the full-scale establishment of nuclear power plants is the opposition from the so-called environmentalist group, which, despite being logical, could however be considered as out of synch. Those skull-and-bone danger signs usually associated with nuclear energy seem to be taking roots on the conditioned fear of humans, which is truly not very well established. Truly, operating traditional power plants have more hazards to the environment compared with a nuclear power plant.
With the exception of the Chernobyl disaster in the USSR, there was no major or minor nuclear plant accident that caused fatalities or damage to the ecosystem in the number of years of operation of these types of plants. The event of the Chernobyl is more of an exclusion than a rule due to the culture of the then USSR, where the incident was not even reported until three days later. It was reported later that the plant did not meet international standards, and for the once tightlipped USSR, we cannot even say there are adequate workplace safety signs employed there.
All safeguards available for the safety of nuclear power plants are regarded, from the design aspect up to provision of considerable factors of safety and the provision of redundant containment systems. Thus, from the technical perspective, nuclear power plants are totally safe.. This fact is evident by the almost 40 years of operation of commercial nuclear power plants.
However, as common to all nature of activites or life, human factor constantly takes a part in an accident; therefore, nuclear power plants are not exempted from this folly. Surely no measure of safety warning sign is adequate if humans intentionally disregard them. Thus, nuclear power plants are so designed so as to adequately protect them from human errors or even a series of human mistakes
Will this computer case and power supply together work?
I am looking at buying this combo http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.156852
Im not much of a computer expert so my question is if i buy this case and power supply, will the power supply have the connectors to power all of the fans in the case. My motherboard dosent have many conenctors as it is. So i was wondering if this power supply has the cords neccisary to connect to all of the fans in the case.
Thanks for the Help
If the case is what you desire, so be it. I wouldn't buy the Psu. (Power Supply Unit)
Buy the case separate.
Why?
Because this Psu is cheaper, puts out more power, and is reliable as heck!
If you keep this Psu at 118 degrees Fahrenheit, (47.9 Celsius) it can put out 728.8 Watts reliably! (Your body temperature is 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit)

It also has Four ->12 volt rails, that put out up to 18 Amps Each!
(Yes. You can add them together to arrive at 72 Amps)
Proof?
No problem!

Why do this?
Save yourself about $80 bucks, and get a Much better power supply!
Edit:
This Psu has More than enough power cables,
1.Six -> Peripheral cables
2.Two -> PCI-E 6-pin cables
3.Three -> Sata power cables
4.One -> 8-pin power cable
5.One ->4-pin ATX power cable (P4 MB)
6.One ->20 + 4 pin ATX motherboard cable
