my PC came with in on default and i ran CPU-Z and noticed my multiplier was at 5 and my clock speed was 1000 megahertz. HORRIBLE!!! i turned it off and it went to 2200 clock speed at a 11 multiplier. How can PC makers ship PC's and underclock them. Just cause of a bunch of hippies and global warming? i think everyone should check for this if having bad performance.
I think this would not be a fault of PC makers, It couLd be a default setting to that value.
