anybody using hec xpower 1080W psu? i must know its performance in comparison to some hec cougar 1000W?

All hec energy supplies are garbage. They rate their psu's by peak output wattage, not their continuious, sustainable output wattage. Buy decent from Antec, Corsair, OCZ or Seasonic.
