Your processor is just a 65 watter and your graphics card is just a 30 watter. I bet your PC's power draw will never hit 250W on the wall socket. A 350W power supply with at least 16 amps on 12V rail should be able to power that PC all day long.
However, do take note that a bigger power supply (400-450W) runs cooler and gives you elbow room for upgrades. And upgrades would be your cost efficient solution against PC obsolescence. Consider getting a 400-450W PSU.
