Is my PSU big enough?
I´m thinking of inserting two more scratch disks to my system at 300 Gb sata. But I´m wondering if my PSU will have the power to run it all.
My Windows 7 rig is like this:
-AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Quad Core, 3,4Ghz, AM3, 8MB, 125W,
-Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3, Socket-AM3 AMD 770+SB710, ATX, DDR3
-Corsair SSD Performance P64 2,5" 64GBSATA2, read/write speed of up to 220MB/180MB sec,
-Corsair SSD Force Series™ F120, 120GB
-300 Gb 7200 rpm. Sata (Only used as scratch disk)
-Sapphire Radeon HD 5770 1GB GDDR5 PCI-Express 2.0
-Corsair XMS3 DHX DDR3 1333MHz 4GB CL9 Kit w/2x 2GB XMS3 modules
-Silver Power SP-SS500 500W PSU ATX 12V V2.2, 80 Plus, Standard, 1x 6pin+1x 6+2pin
Peripherals:
-Apple Keyboard Wired
-Razer Deathadder mouse
-Wacom Bamboo drawing pad.
-250 gb portable disk.
-1 TB external WD Book.
-Multicard-reader.
-Sennheiser HD595 headphones
-Monitor: 42" LG S9000 LED. 1920x 1080
-Second monitor: 19" Benq 1280x 1024.
Plenty big enough...
