Is 650 watt PSU enough to run Vista and geforce 9600GT?
i currently have 300 watt and Geforce7100 
so is Corsair 650 watt enough for Vista, Core 2 Quad, MSI 9600 GT, 1 Hard drive, 1 CD-ROM, and i think thats it ?
or Antec or OCZ has cheaper and more watt and just as reliable PSU ?
An antec earthwatts rated at 500 watts is enough for a 9600 GT -- although it wouldn't hurt to have 650 in case you want to upgrade to something high end later such as a GTX 285.

I used to run a 9600 Gt with a 350 watts -- ran fine but I was probably gambling with the wattages a bit. 400 watts is probably the minimum you should consider, but 500 is better.
